1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Registration

Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Any activity that occurs within your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

5555ak operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with its international licensing obligations. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

5555ak supports the following PKR-native payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 5555ak does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the identity details on your account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 5555ak account instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take between 1–3 business hours to reflect in your account balance, depending on inter-bank processing times. 5555ak reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may be adjusted from time to time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified account holders are typically processed within 24–72 hours, subject to completion of KYC requirements. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice. 5555ak reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, 5555ak offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per person, household, and IP address.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account automatically.
• Real-money funds are used before bonus funds unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 5555ak reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel a player's participation in a promotion, or void bonus-derived winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or breach of these Terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Conduct

All gaming and betting activity on 5555ak — including cricket and PSL sports betting, live casino tables, slot games, and Caishen Fishing arcade titles — is governed by these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each product or market. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules take precedence for that product only.

6.2 Bet Acceptance & Voidance

5555ak reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion — including bets placed after the start of an event, bets placed on markets affected by a technical error, or bets that appear to have been placed in breach of these Terms. Bets voided on this basis will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game or platform malfunction, 5555ak will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Bets or game rounds affected by a verifiable technical malfunction may be voided and stakes returned at 5555ak's discretion. The outcome of any game round or bet affected by a malfunction will not be honoured if the error materially affected the result.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 5555ak and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance held in the account, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account on 5555ak.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Exploiting a known or suspected software vulnerability, bug, or technical error for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder money, finance illegal activities, or use the 5555ak platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 5555ak staff or other players.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your account.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5555ak and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of gaming funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

5555ak's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to the platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 5555ak's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
